Living in the in-between
A place where the spaces between who we are and who we are becoming are sacred ground.
I’m Corey, a researcher, author, and curator exploring what it means to heal, transform, and live liminally.
I am a researcher who studies how health and culture intersect, an author who explores liminal living through story, and a curator of conversations that open us to new ways of being. I am someone who listens deeply to stories, to systems, to the whispers of intuition that often carry the truths data alone can’t capture.
My academic path—a PhD in Social and Behavioural Health Sciences and an MPH in Global Health and Public Nutrition—has given me tools to understand the underlying influences that shape our lives: how policies, cultures, and institutions ripple into our everyday choices, health, and relationships.
But my lived experience, my body’s sensitivities, and my own healing journey have given me something just as valuable: the knowing that real change begins in the spaces of connection, compassion, and presence.
